Fees and payments
How are fees calculated for virtual services?
- The brief: Before starting to work on your project, I obtain clear specifications from you to ensure I fully understand your needs, your objectives and your budget.
- The estimate: On receipt of your brief, I then submit you an estimate based on the complexity of your project, my level of input, your level of input including the readability, format, content and organisation of the material you will submit to me, as well as the approximate amount of time it would take me to complete your project. You only pay for time on task and you can contact me anytime via email or phone at no additional cost.
Hourly fees
A cost effective solution for your office projects.
Unlike virtual assistants or online secretaries who provide typing, bookeeping, communication or transcription services, I provide a wider range of executive business support services that require a higher level of experience and expertise. My rates reflect my knowledge and the technology (software and hardware) that I must have in place in order to deliver high quality documents. Therefore, my fees are higher than the average VA, but I can deliver a superior product in a very short time frame.
When having the choice between paying a cheaper VA to deliver work that will take two hours to complete or hiring eMatti at a higher fee for doing exceptional quality work in one hour, which would you choose? Your project will end up costing about the same, but the result will be very different.

Payment terms
New clients will be requested to pay a deposit before work commences on any project. Established clients are invoiced monthly and have the choice of paying for their projects on receipt of invoice in several ways:
- Electronic bank transfer — bank account details are provided on invoices
- Credit card — pay online via the secure PayPal system by clicking on the PayPal button on this page
