How are fees calculated?
- The brief: Before starting to work on your project, I obtain clear specifications from you to ensure I fully understand your needs, your objectives and your budget.
- The estimate: On receipt of your brief, I then submit you an estimate based on the complexity of your project, my level of input, your level of input including the readability, format, content and organisation of the material you will submit to me, as well as the approximate amount of time it would take me to complete your project.

Payment terms
New clients will be requested to pay a deposit before work commences on any project. Established clients are invoiced monthly and have the choice of paying for their projects on receipt of invoice in several ways:
- Electronic bank transfer — bank account details are provided on invoices
- Credit card — pay online via the secure PayPal system by clicking on the PayPal button on this page
