How does working with a virtual assistant work?

Step 1 When you are ready to start with your project, contact me either by phone or email and as soon as possible, depending on your location and time zone, I will call you to discuss your project.
   
Step 2 Once we get to know each other and I have a clear picture of what you need, I will calculate the estimated amount of time it will take for me to complete your project and I will email you a cost estimate. I will also send you a Service Agreement to sign — this is a simple formality to protect each other’s rights, and marking the beginning of a successful virtual business relationship.
   
Step 3

As soon as I receive your signed service agreement and your deposit (if that is what we agreed upon), I will begin to work on your project and submit projects to you via email. If files are too large to transmit via email, you can use my FTP facility top upload your files.

If a project includes a lot of printed back-up material, you may want to send it via courier or express mail. If your work involves routine tasks, all you have to do is send me an email with your requests. You will receive an invoice at the end of every month for work completed.
